Addison Legacy Contractors operates this Growth Audit for construction businesses. This policy describes information collected through the audit.

Information we collect

We collect the contact, company, website, revenue band, lead-volume band, response-time band, audit answers, consent selections, and basic campaign attribution you submit. We also process technical information needed for security and rate limiting.

How we use information

We use submitted information to calculate and deliver audit results, respond to requests, protect the service, and understand aggregate usage. We do not provide a public API for reading submissions.

Delivery and service providers

Audit submissions are delivered by email through a configured service provider. Contact information and audit answers are not written to browser storage. The result summary, without contact fields, may remain in session storage until the browser session ends.

SMS choice

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving results. This version does not send SMS. If messaging is enabled later, the displayed disclosure and consent record will govern that program.

Retention and choices

Delivery providers may retain operational records under their terms. To request access, correction, or deletion, email info@legacy-contractors.net.
