Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Legacy Contractors Growth Audit operated by Addison Legacy Contractors.

Educational tool

The audit provides general operational guidance. Scores and estimates are illustrative and are not financial, legal, engineering, insurance, estimating, or construction advice. Results do not guarantee revenue, conversion, project awards, savings, or business outcomes.

No construction agreement

Submitting an audit does not create a contractor-client relationship, a bid, a proposal, or a promise to perform work. Any construction engagement requires a separate written agreement.

Illustrative estimates

Dollar estimates use the assumptions displayed with the result. They do not state actual losses and should not be used for financial reporting or investment decisions.

SMS terms

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This version of the Growth Audit sends no SMS.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or impersonate another person or business.
